Either
1) Read and follow the instructions Charles has included on the github site

OR 
2) Download the Charles_hdmi.tar.gz (about 90 MB)
   cd into z7_hdmi_driver/Vivado
   run vivado
   open project hdmi_driver.xpr
   open hardware manager and program FPGA
   toggle switches to change images on screen
